Above and beyond for customer service. I'd made a mistake in my order, was contacted quickly and the personal service I got was outstanding. Friendly and helpful. The books arrived within a couple of days beautifully packaged and are even better than expected. Our 4 year old connected with them immediately. Highly highly recommend the personalisation. It completed an already beautiful set of books.

I love this beautiful book. I’ve never seen anything like it before and wish it had been around when countless friends of mine were going through their second pregnancy. What a perfect present for a family as it expands, encouraging positive attachments & supporting sibling connection. And in such a wonderful interactive format too. The watercolour illustrations are joyful and evocative and I was really impressed by the diversity of the families portrayed too, meaning it’s suitable for everyone.

I’m seven months pregnant. I wish I’d found this amazing book earlier! It has been such a joy to sit down with my three year old and read this together. She absolutely loves the baby talking to her and she chats back! After only a few days I can sense she feels more involved and connecting with the new baby. Thank you Helen Lacey for writing this. You are going to help a lot of families with this special book.
